Questions about the price
Which currency do I pay in?
In euros. You can look at the prices in Swiss francs, US dollars, pounds and other currencies with the currency switch; those amounts follow the European Central Bank's daily rate and are there to help you compare. Your families pay you in your own currency, through your own Stripe account.
Who counts as a booking?
Each person confirmed in a camp counts once for that camp and season, however many weeks they stay. Waiting list entries and bookings that are never confirmed don't count.
When is the fee per booking charged?
At the end of each month, with your subscription, on the same card: one fee for each booking confirmed during that month. It isn't refunded if the booking is cancelled afterwards.
What happens when I reach my plan's bookings?
You see a warning in your dashboard as you get close. Once the season's bookings are used up, new bookings close until you move to a bigger plan, which takes a minute. Bookings already made stay as they are, and families can still pay them.
When do I start paying?
Nothing is billed while you explore the demo trips. The monthly fee starts when you finish the setup and subscribe.
What about card fees?
Payments go through your own Stripe account at Stripe's published rates. We add nothing on top.
Can I cancel?
Any month. Your data exports as CSV any day, and we delete it on request.
