- Day 1 · Setup, about 20 minutesLogo, address, language, the web address of your app, then your first camp with dates and prices.
- Week 1 · We migrate youSend us an export or a login. Families, children, camps, options and meeting points arrive in your account.
- Week 1 · One button on your siteWe give you the Register link for each camp page. Registrations open.
- What we need from you
- An export (CSV or Excel) of families, children and bookings from your current tool, or a login so we can export it ourselves
- Your camps with dates, places and prices for the coming season
- Your logo and the address of your website
- What we do
- Import families and children, so returning parents find their children already there
- Create your camps, sessions, options and meeting points
- Give you the Register link for each camp page
- What we never migrate
- Health data: parents enter it themselves, so it is current and consented
- Card numbers: parents pay again through Stripe, which stores the card
- Passwords: each family chooses a new one from the welcome email
